What keeps me energized are conversations just like this one that help me appreciate and understand the world today. Recently, in a discussion with friends we marveled at the safe return of the astronauts, and the dolphins who playfully surrounded them. Thank you, Elon Musk!
It's been difficult for me to get motivated or see anything to celebrate; I've struggled with depression and financial difficulties. But I do take some inspiration from Elon Musk's achievements, the recent videos, and your enthusiastic videos.
Thank you Roger! This really means a lot to me. I know life can get tough, and I'm sure there's little I can say that'll probably help, but when I'm in that headspace and it feels impossible to claw myself out, I just remember that I need to keep moving forward. This life, our goals, our situations, only get better if we keep moving forward. 🤜🏼
Thank you! I meant to add: the recent election too. This encourages me to get a little more involved and hopefully that will help. I'll keep watching your videos and sharing them on twitter.
We're right behind you Adam. Thank you for infusing us with your shining spirit and boundless energy. I'm grateful every day for my dog who gives me a reason to get out of bed. At just 5 years old she's full of piss and vinegar and before even brushing our teeth (both of us, of course) we're outside playing fetch to start the day. Every morning I am thankful for another day with her. I second and third the appreciation for Elon and am angered by those who, instead of thanking him for giving up so much to help this country (to the point of risking his life) would attempt to destroy him. I pray for his continued strength and hope he knows how many people love him. As for what energizes me? At my age energy is more of a fond memory and something to observe rather than experience, so I guess I'm grateful for caffeine toat least be able to do that. :)
I agree with Judy, your videos and newsletters give me energy! I'm 78, and most of my friends are trapped with Trump derangement syndrome, (as was I for many years until Bobby Kennedy opened my eyes) so it's been wonderful to get your perspective.
More deeply, my energy comes from 50+ years as a vegetarian and now vegan. I'm still crazy about Kennedy and making America healthy again, but I got to laugh when I think that people think they can get healthy by substituting beef tallow for seed oils😂.
Well, I guess that's a small win😁 and I know there are far bigger ones to come, as people learn to trust that RFKJ is not going to dictate, but empower through education.
P.S. Than you for the great pics of you and the lovely Mari! YES you should celebrate anything and everything you can think of. You are a shining example that youth is NOT wasted on the young, because you love and appreciate every day. You are both very inspiring.

That was so HUGE! Truly a gift to see. I can't imagine what those astronauts were feeling when they felt gravity again!

I'm back to doing yoga in the sun!
